About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to support our research teams and provide finance general office assistance.
* Organising consultations with interest groups, including meetings and round-table discussions under the direction of team leaders will be a key responsibility.
* The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payment of accounts, preparation of journals, management of credit card reconciliations and expense reimbursements.
* Performing a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office which will include managing the general email inbox and calendar, handling correspondence, answering phones, assisting with enquiries, mailing reports.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong organisational skills, including ability to organise consultations, public forums and meetings with stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including excellent telephone manner; interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of English grammar and spelling.
* Excellent attention to detail, with experience in proofreading and assisting with the production of large documents is highly regarded.
