We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager (Fast Food Manager) to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth coordination of front- and back-of-house activities.
* Supervise preparation and presentation of the store’s signature menu items, including BBQ chickens, burgers, wraps, rolls, gourmet salads, chips, and family meal deals.
* Monitor food quality, temperature control, and hygiene compliance for all high-volume menu items.
* Manage stock ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory control for poultry, meats, vegetables, sauces, and packaging.
* Plan, promote, and evaluate in-store offers such as “Family Deals” and “Burger Combos” to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, and workplace health regulations.
* Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff across all operational stations — grill, burger prep, salad and sides, and service counter.
* Maintain high customer service standards and promptly resolve any customer feedback or complaints.
* Manage budgets, monitor sales reports, and control expenses to ensure profitable operations.
* Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and effective display of menu boards and promotional signage.
* Support catering operations for large takeaway and group orders, ensuring accurate fulfilment and quality presentation.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification in business management, hospitality, or a related field is essential.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a fast-food manager or retail manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a team effectively and deliver results in a high-volume service setting.
* Sound knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and staff training.
