A National NDIS business is seeking a General Manager to take over all the day to day operations while ensure growth over the coming years. With 100+ staff working across Melbourne (Head office) Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.
You will lead a compliant and high-quality NDIS business while also remaining directly connected to participants, families and your frontline teams. This role is accountable for participant outcomes, regulatory compliance, workforce performance and sustainable business results.
Key responsibilities:Participant experience & qualityNDIS compliance & safeguardingOperational leadership – Across all officesOversee day-to-day service delivery and performance.Lead and develop frontline and corporate teams.Financial & commercial performance - Ensure sustainable financial outcomes.Culture & leadership presence - Maintain a visible leadership presence across services.Growth & partnershipsReport operational, quality and risk performance to the Board
