An exciting opportunity has emerged with a well‑established ASX‑listed organisation for a Data & Reporting Manager to take ownership of enterprise reporting, strengthen data governance practices, and oversee delivery of a major Data Warehouse project.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on technical capability with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
* Manage and mentor a small team of Analysts, providing day‑to‑day support and technical guidance.
* Lead the delivery and project management of a Data Warehouse implementation.
* Oversee data management, governance, controls, and standardisation across the reporting function.
* Partner with Finance team to ensure high‑quality data flows and efficient reporting processes.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and data models that support strategic decision‑making.
* Drive best practice in data quality, accuracy, and transparency across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of systems, data architecture, and financial reporting.
* Experience in data governance, data control frameworks, and process improvement.
* Proven ability to support and develop team members while managing competing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience managing data or reporting projects, ideally including Data Warehouse delivery.
* Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is highly advantageous.
