Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced Laboratory Technicians to join our ongoing and growing team in the Pilbara.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced laboratory technician role will be based in Newman, working within a fully automated laboratory unlike any of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
You will report directly to the Laboratory Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team of both operation and maintenance personnel.
Unfortunately there is no flexibility in this roster, as its been designed to assist those that are already residential within the Pilbara.

Responsibilities
Sample Loading
Management of the QAQC process within the laboratory requirements
Escalate and investigate any abnormalities within the results
Assist the laboratory team with isolation outside the normal processing requirements
Execution of planned continuous improvement project work
Role Requirements & Experience
WA C Class Drivers Licence
National Police Clearance - Valid Within 6 Months
High Risk Work Licence - Forklift - Highly Desirable
Laboratory Certification - Highly Desirable
Exposure to 1SAP type maintenance systems desirable but not essential.
Exposure to a previous LIMS system - desirable but not essential.
Exposure to mechatronics and PLC desirable but not essential.
Experience on: Herzog Automated Equipment, HAG6 Automated Fusion Cell, Magix Fast XRF, Mills & Crushers.
