About You:
* You are an experienced general commercial lawyer
* You have experience drafting and negotiating complex and high-value commercial contracts
* You have experience advising on contractual issues and regulatory requirements to support sustainability projects and day‐to‐day operations
* You have experience providing support on matters which affect an organisation's strategic objectives
* You have experience developing training, policies and guidance notes to address and mitigate business risks
* You have experience preparing reports for Executives, Leadership teams and senior management
* You have strong experience in commercial contracting
* You have experience in sustainability, technology and/or construction
* You have projects experience
* You have strong commercial acumen, combined with excellent analytical, logical and negotiation skills
* You have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior commercial stakeholders
* You have the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and concise way
* You have the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to fast changing business needs
* The ability to work autonomously
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast‐paced team
* You have a minimum of six years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
