Job Overview:
This role is responsible for leading and managing guided weapons maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop weapon-specific annual maintenance plans.
* Manage production risks to maximize throughput and meet targets.
* Lead and manage a team to ensure effective scheduling, facilities management, workforce planning, support, test equipment upkeep, and risk management.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to maximize weapon inventory availability.
* Support the implementation of safety and security management systems at maintenance facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
* Provide regular maintenance performance reports to senior management.
