Job Description
* Provide high-level paralegal support to 11 lawyers in property (commercial and residential) and litigation matters.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and court filings.
* Conduct legal research and compile findings for ongoing cases.
* Support file progression with a strong focus on billable work and revenue generation.
* Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
* Manage calendars, deadlines, and schedules for legal proceedings and meetings.
* Contribute to the preparation of court documents, briefs, and correspondence.
* Manage time effectively to meet billing targets.
* Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections processes.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Paralegal within a law firm environment.
* Background in property (residential or commercial) law and litigation law (mid‐size firm experience highly regarded).
* Strong understanding of legal processes and commercial drivers in a legal practice.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong business acumen with an appreciation for billing targets and financial performance.
* Experience using a practice management system (e.g. Actionstep) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
