We area unique childcare centre designed for 94 enrolments with unique classrooms and ancillary facilities as well as an art room, library, lego room and master chef kitchen. Our outdoor environment focuses on nature and is an ever-changing and free-flowing environment that stimulates all the senses.

You will:
* lead the plan, implement and evaluate programs
* Support a team of educators to implement programs
* Follow the EYLF
* Connect with the local community, schools, and families
* Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
You will have:
* Diploma qualified in early childhood education and care
* at least 12 months experience in a lead role
* An understanding of EYLF
* Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Paid working with children check (blue Card)
* Experience leading and developing specific programs and routines
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
* Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education
