About the role
CERAMICS INTERNATIONAL is looking for an experienced Store Manager / Driver to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail store, including overseeing inventory, prepping orders, and daily operations. As part of this role, you will also have driver responsibilities to assist with product deliveries.
What you'll be doing
* Oversee the daily operations of the retail warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory and sales.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with suppliers and manage the ordering and delivery of products.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
* Assist with product deliveries and transportation as needed.
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
* Contribute to the overall growth and success of the CERAMICS INTERNATIONAL brand.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or store operations role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in inventory management.
* Valid driver's license and comfortable with driving delivery vehicles.
* Medium rigid (MR) licence required for delivery vehicle operation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to the CERAMICS INTERNATIONAL brand.
