38 hours per week plus the possibility for overtime and weekend work.
Above award hourly rate + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation.
About the Role
As a Team Member, you will have the chance to work with a talented team on a variety of sites. You will be responsible for assisting in gardening maintenance and brushcutting, ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction from your Team Leader are essential for success in this role.

About You
* Minimum of 1 year of gardening or brushcutting experience (desirable).
* Possession of HS&E white card and working with children check (or willingness to obtain them).
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Drive and ambition to exceed client expectations in a quality environment.
* Motivation to work both autonomously and in a team workplace.
* Valid manual driver's licence (desirable).
* Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
