Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant
As a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will manage large customers, deliver return‐to‐work services, and support injured clients to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide return‐to‐work services to assist injured clients and employers.
* Maintain quality across customers as per SLA requirements for return‐to‐work rates, costs and durations.
* Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
* Identify return‐to‐work barriers.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve suitable outcomes.
* Implement services per Customer SLAs.
* Provide high‐level rehabilitation services across various portfolios, including new and same employer goals.
* Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehabilitation on all claims.
* Represent WFA at public forums and committees as required.
Qualifications
* Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
* Willingness to travel; a current vehicle and driver's licence required.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
* Strong time‐management and punctuality.
