Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate customer service individual for a part-time Clinic Co-Ordinator role (Tuesday - Friday, 9am-5pm) at our Audika Miranda clinic. If you are interested in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is perfect for you.
This pivotal role contributes to clinic performance and enhances our customers’ experience. We are looking for a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with outstanding organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.
You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.
You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. With this knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
* Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
