We're looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our Cairns team. This is a varied role where you'll manage small-scale synthetic grass and commercial projects from first client inquiry through to successful handover. What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for clients: handling inquiries, site visits, and preparing quotes.
* Coordinate projects end-to-end: scheduling works, ordering materials, and liaising with subcontractors.
* Oversee on-site delivery: supervising works, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Build strong client relationships, represent ASL at events, and follow up to ensure every project ends on a high note.
What we're looking for:
* A practical, organised person who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, suppliers, and site crews.
* Experience in sales, construction coordination, or project delivery (synthetic grass/sport surfaces experience a bonus, but not essential).
* A valid driver's license and ability to do site visits.
