We have our Head chef, Ludovic Mulot (ex-Rockpool & The Old Synagogue), and now we need YOU
The Station features a 250-seat modern Gastro Pub with classic dishes, and an exclusive 110-seat restaurant called 'Ludo' offering humble French/ Mediterranean inspired cooking with extraordinary produce.
We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week.

Key skill requirements include, depending on the role, experience in:
- Delivering an exceptional and consistent food product to drive customer satisfaction
- Working as part of a team to create a positive working environment
- Reliability & punctuality
- Effective collaboration, communication, and coordination with Head Chef & senior chefs
- Experience with à la carte service is preferred

Candidates must be available on weekends & evenings, as these are peak trading times.

Salary hours range from 38 to 43 hours per week, with 2 days RDOs, TOIL for public holidays, and penalties for casual hours under HIGA.
