Boutique Whitening is a UK-owned teeth whitening company with its Australian base in Ballarat. Established in over 26 countries, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our small team.

This role is more than just administrative work. You will be responsible for packing and dispatching orders, maintaining stock levels, and supporting dental clinics across Australia with care and professionalism.

Your duties will include taking calls and emails, creating delivery labels, following up on lab work, and updating our systems. Additionally, you will conduct monthly stock checks and occasionally drop off orders at the local depot, so a driver's license and a car are essential.

Our office and warehouse are located at Unit 6, Sovereign Trade Park, 549 Otway Street South. Phone: 03 5323 2387.

The ideal candidate is confident with computers (PC or Mac), a clear communicator, and takes pride in doing things properly. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether returning to work, semi-retired, or seeking a meaningful role within a great team.

This is a casual position to start, with a 4-week trial period. The pay rate is $25–$26/hour, with potential for permanent employment. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 4:45 pm.
