Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and handle sales transactions accurately
- Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
- Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Perform administrative tasks such as stocktaking and record maintenance
