Job Summary
This role is a fixed term part-time or full-time position for 12 months. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting and empowering First Nations children to hear and learn through improved ear health outcomes.
The position involves assisting with literature searches, scoping and systematic reviews, and meta-analyses necessary for the update of the National Otitis Media Guidelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
The Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:
* Assisting with search strategies, scoping, and systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, including documenting literature searches and managing study selection and quality assessments.
* Using appropriate software and guidelines for conducting and documenting the review processes and decision making (e.g., GRADEpro).
* Contributing to screening search strategies, research databases, and Endnote library data safety integrity and confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated research potential evidenced by a track record of co-authored academic publications in peer-reviewed journals.
You will also have tertiary or post-doctoral qualifications or equivalent qualifications or research experience in a health-related field.
