System Administrator Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a dynamic team in orchestrating the seamless flow of information across the organization.
* Achieving continuous availability of critical systems and facilities' infrastructure while maintaining exceptional appearance and first-class maintenance of facilities.
* Maintaining exceptional customer service to high-level dignitaries and senior executive stakeholders.
This includes overseeing telecommunications infrastructure, managing project implementation, design engineering, integration, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance of communication distribution systems. Additionally, operating an IT Help Desk that provides information system and business applications support, including hardware, software, and infrastructure support, as well as performing unclassified network systems administration and maintenance. All materials and labor for IT infrastructure modifications and new installations are also provided.
This role requires a deep understanding of data governance, integration, and security, with the ability to align technological solutions with organizational objectives. This includes working in 24x7 mission-critical environments where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or information systems management, or equivalent experience is required. The ideal candidate should be certified as an International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification holder. A minimum of five years of experience managing similar projects of size, scope, and complexity is required, preferably with NRO experience, and a minimum of two consecutive years of supervisory experience in IT management is mandatory.
