Senior People and Culture Strategic Advisor

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations, grievances, investigations, performance management, industrial instruments, complex cases, policy development, data analysis, reporting, continuous improvement of HR systems, compliance with employment legislation, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice to the organisation on all aspects of employee relations.
* Manage complex cases including terminations, fit-for-work assessments, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
* Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and objectives.
* Analyse and evaluate data to inform HR decisions and improve organisational performance.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
* Lead and contribute to HR projects ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field.
* Experience in an advisory human resources role.
* Expertise in providing human resources and employee relations advice and services.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
* Leadership skills and experience in managing projects and change management activities across the organisation.
* National Police Certificate.
* Blue Card or willingness to apply.
* Driver's License.
* Evidence of work rights.
* Ability to travel between work sites as required.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a complex and changing organisation.
* Experience working in a community services and/or health services organisation.
