About the Job
We are seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team in Hawthorn East. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in Key Account Management or National Account Management, with a proven track record of success working with large retailers in Australia or New Zealand.
1. Key Responsibilities:
o Manage and nurture key customer relationships across major retailers including Bunnings, Mitre 10, Beaumont Tiles, Woolworths, and other strategic partners.
o Deliver exceptional service levels with regular communication, business reviews, and retail support.
o Identify new ranging opportunities, drive incremental sales, and support long-term business expansion.
o Prepare and present retailer submissions, category reviews, and promotional plans.

Requirements
