Job Title
The Assistant Simulation Operator plays a pivotal role in our organization's training operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage synthetic training events, including scenario design, data management, and overall administration of the training event schedule and resource allocation.
* Maintain close communication with our Technical Integration team and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful training outcomes.
* Transfer responsibility for training event execution to Professional Interactors (Event Interactors) once the synthetic training scenario is designed and built.
* Develop and administer future training events as directed by our team lead.
