Job Overview:
* Lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Services and Programs.
* Coach and support a team of Support Workers to tailor services to consumers' needs.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across healthcare, community and primary services.
* Represent the organization at local and regional meetings, forums and events.
About You
* Experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community sectors.
* Effective communication skills for coaching and collaboration.
* Proficiency in computer software and record management systems.
* Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
* Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
* Culturally sensitive approach when working with diverse communities and individuals.
Requirements
* A current Queensland driver's license (P1 C class).
* A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
* Certificates in First Aid and CPR.
* A Working with Children blue card (or ability to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality, Safety & You.
