The role
The Role You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of multistorey concrete and steel structures , working closely with senior engineers and Revit technicians to produce coordinated, high-quality documentation. This role offers exposure to both design and site stages , along with genuine opportunities for career progression and technical development. Key responsibilities: Structural analysis and design of RC and PT floor systems using software such as ETABS, RAM Concept, and RAPT Hands-on involvement in first-principles verification , peer reviews, and site inspections Preparation of calculations, design reports, and markups for Revit teams Coordination with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure buildable outcomes About You Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s desirable) 3–8 years’ experience in building structures within a consulting environment Strong design knowledge across reinforced and post-tensioned concrete systems Working knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 3600, AS/NZS 1170 series, NCC) Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment Why This Role Work across a range of high-profile projects including high-rise towers, data centres, and large-scale commercial buildings Supportive leadership that values innovation, initiative, and work-life balance Real scope for growth – the business promotes from within and invests heavily in development Flexible working arrangements and a genuinely inclusive team culture If you’re looking to take the next step in your structural engineering career and want to work on technically challenging, design-driven projects — we’d love to hear from you.
