Enterprise Architect – Low Code, AI & Cloud About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a strategic leadership role shaping enterprise technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives across a large and complex environment. This role will lead the development of the enterprise architecture vision, target-state platforms, and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology investments. You will be responsible for guiding architecture across low-code platforms, AI-enabled automation, cloud technologies, and modern integration architectures, while providing governance and leadership to delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Architecture Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmaps. Align business strategy with technology investments, digital transformation initiatives, and modernization programs. Lead architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF. Establish architectural standards, reference models, and technology guardrails across the organisation. Low-Code Platform Leadership Lead enterprise adoption of low-code platforms such as Appian, OutSystems, and Microsoft Power Apps. Define platform strategies, governance frameworks, and guardrails to enable scalable delivery. Establish reusable components, reference architectures, and development standards for low-code solutions. Guide teams on solution design, performance optimisation, integration patterns, and DevOps practices. AI & Intelligent Automation Identify and drive AI/ML and Generative AI use cases across business functions. Leverage capabilities such as Appian AI, OutSystems Mentor, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Power Platform Copilot, and cloud AI services. Lead Proof of Value (POV) initiatives and scale successful AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. Cloud, Data & Integration Architect hybrid and cloud-native solutions combining low-code platforms, microservices, and enterprise data platforms. Define and enforce integration standards including APIs, event-driven architectures, and ESB patterns. Ensure architecture designs meet requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and performance. Drive strong practices around DR/HA, observability, monitoring, and operational readiness. Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and product owners to guide technology strategy and solution architecture. Communicate complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support large-scale transformation initiatives across multi-vendor delivery environments. Ensure strong quality, consistency, and risk mitigation across architecture decisions. Required Skills & Experience 15 years of experience in architecture roles within large or complex technology environments. Strong experience with Low Code / No Code platforms (Appian, OutSystems, Power Apps or similar). Deep expertise in low-code design patterns, workflow automation, and enterprise integration. Experience delivering architecture across AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architectures. Strong grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe. Experience establishing enterprise governance, reference architectures, and platform strategies. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills .
