1. A compassionate approach towards supporting people with complex trauma or physical/clinical needs is essential.
2. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
3. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The following qualifications are also necessary:
l. Aged Care Diploma (or equivalent);
l. Current First Aid Certificate;
l. Proof of Working With Vulnerable People Registration.
