About the Role
* You will play a pivotal role in shaping the resident experience by welcoming new residents, introducing them to the community and its evolving amenities, and ensuring smooth integration.
* You will be the go-to person for resident queries and concerns—responding promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
* You will be responsible for managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including office administration and record keeping.
* You will keep a sharp eye on financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance both experience and profitability.
* You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* You will champion a risk-aware culture by engaging in operational risk training and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.
* You will support and lead community activities—from inductions and wellness programs to events and functions that bring people together.
