About the Role Join a commercial builder delivering commercial, industrial and mid-to-high rise residential projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. You’ll work closely with PMs, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to manage procurement, contracts, variations, progress claims and final accounts, helping keep project costs, commercial risks and delivery outcomes under control. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration Prepare subcontract packages, scopes and letting schedules Assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules Track project costs, budgets, forecasts and reporting Support final accounts and project close-out Work closely with PMs, site teams, consultants and subcontractors What You’ll Bring Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator in commercial construction Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and commercial processes Ability to manage deadlines, detail and competing priorities Confidence working with PMs, subcontractors, consultants and site teams Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, quantity surveying or project management What’s On Offer Salary range from $110k- $180k super, aligned to experience and project complexity Projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects Opportunity to work closely with established commercial and delivery teams If you are exploring your next role in commercial construction, apply now or contact Anita for a confidential discussion at anita@smithandco.net.au
