Our college is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and faith-filled learning environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential. We seek passionate and professional staff members who are independent, flexible, creative, and energised by the challenges of teaching in a contemporary educational setting.

Our outstanding facilities and innovative models of schooling support personalised, teacher-guided independent learning, community-based programs, adaptable spaces, and innovative learning technologies in a 1:1 environment.

At Assisi, we believe in holistic education, nurturing not only academic excellence but also the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social development of our students. Our commitment to creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and community is evident in our everyday practices and interactions.

The College offers four phases of learning: Early Years (Prep–Year 3), Junior Years (Years 4–6), Middle Years (Years 7–9), and Senior Years (Years 10–12). As an authentic P–12 institution, Assisi Catholic College is characterised by continuity and connection across all learning phases and activities. Our leadership approach is guided by servant leadership principles, prioritising the needs of our students and staff. We are committed to continuous improvement and professional growth to provide the best possible educational experience.

Guided by our patrons, St Francis and St Clare, the College is deeply committed to the Gospel values of peace, love, truth, social justice, and ecology. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in our campus design and various energy-efficient practices. Our motto, "Peace through Justice," encapsulates our core values.
