About the Role:
We're looking for a practical and proactive Gardener to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at Caboolture Parklands Care Community.

What You'll Do:
Manage the upkeep of the gardens of the Care Community.
Work alongside the Full Time Maintenance Officer
Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Need:
Experience in a groundskeeping role.
A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
