Job Opportunity for Buyers Agent Associate
This is a part-time work role that combines working from home or your office with extensive travel around Sydney to attend property inspections.
The role of a Buyers Agent Associate involves assisting buyers in identifying, evaluating, and purchasing residential properties. Daily tasks include building relationships with sales agents, conducting property inspections, completing due diligence and research, and assisting with negotiation and post-exchange care.
The role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own time to connect with sales agents and clients, including outside of regular 9-5 hours. Saturday is a mandatory work day due to the high demand for open home inspections between 9am and 3pm.
* You will need customer service skills to effectively manage client relations.
* At a minimum, you should have completed the NSW Assistant Agent Course and ideally be working toward your Cert IV for Class 2 license.
* Experience in Residential Real Estate, either as a Buyers Agent, salesperson, or property manager, is ideal.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Ability to work independently is essential.
* Knowledge of Sydney geography and property markets is a plus.
* A formal education in business, property economics, valuation, or financial planning is highly regarded.
* You will need a car and a clean driving record, as you will be on the road several days a week.
