The Role
We are seeking an organisational change and communications leader who can work independently to lead and embed change across various ICT initiatives.
We want a driven, talented professional who is an excellent communicator, has a strong track record of results, and can build effective relationships quickly. You will help develop the organisational change competency within the branch and mentor less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop change management plans for ICT programs and projects.
Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change, validating strategies with stakeholders and project boards.
Identify and manage resistance to change.
Lead change management work streams with structured methodologies.
Develop communications related to change initiatives.
Provide coaching and training at all levels.
Define success metrics and track performance.
Report and update management and project teams.
Requirements
Collaborate with sponsors, users, and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans.
Create and implement action plans for go-live readiness.
Develop resources and capabilities within the team, gathering feedback for improvements.
Communicate tailored change management plans to senior stakeholders and support change sponsors.
Assess risks and implement preventative measures.
Experience delivering change and negotiating stakeholders within complex government, regulatory, or legal organizations.
