Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently apply and enhance Asset Management processes, seeking efficiencies through innovative technologies.
* Build and nurture positive customer and stakeholder relationships.
* Make informed decisions to minimize whole lifecycle costs of assets and services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Asset Management Plans and standards.
* Ensure compliance with Capital Management systems, overseeing project forecasting and reporting until project delivery.
Qualifications:
* Electrical Engineering Degree with senior technical capability and leadership experience.
* In-depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineering, especially in sewerage transfer and treatment plants.
* Proven history of effective risk management in large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Experience in asset management of water and/or sewerage assets, with a specific focus on HV switchboards.
Skills and Attributes:
* Proficiency in standard office IT systems (MS Office, Maximo, GIS, etc.).
* Analytical thinker with the ability to explore and evaluate diverse solution options.
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative spirit to achieve customer-centric outcomes.
