As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen environment.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to customers, while maintaining a clean and well-presented kitchen area.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present food daily;
* Cook using various kitchen equipment and techniques;
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area;
* Manage stock, deliveries, and product storage safely;
* Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace by completing daily cleaning checklists.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
* Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
* Valid driver's license;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Passion for the hospitality industry;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to work under pressure and problem solve effectively.
