We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Consultant to join our ANZ team. You'll be a key partner to our sales organisation, helping prospective customers understand the value of Zycus solutions through expert advice, tailored demonstrations, and thought leadership.
You will work with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders across mid-to-large enterprises, guiding them through the solution evaluation process and ensuring our technology is aligned with their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solution approaches.
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Zycus' value proposition.
* Provide expert input during RFP/RFI responses and address technical and functional queries.
* Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and competitive offerings in the ANZ procurement technology space.
* Build strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and technical teams.
* Contribute to sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and solution overviews.
* Represent Zycus at local and regional industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Required Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* 6+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Presales Engineer role for enterprise SaaS software.
* Proven track record of demonstrating complex enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM, or Supply Chain systems) to large enterprise customers ($1B+ revenue organizations).
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
* Ability to quickly learn new business domains and articulate software value in the context of those processes.
* Experience handling RFPs, building solution proposals, and navigating complex sales cycles.
* Flexibility to travel for client engagements and industry events.
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience demonstrating or implementing enterprise software at organizations using systems such as: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, Netsuite, IFS, Epicor, Sage.
* Hands-on experience in business process transformation projects.
* Familiarity with AI and automation trends in enterprise software.
* Any background or exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance processes is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.
