As a key business growth professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive expansion across Tasmania's financial services market.
This role requires more than just sales skills; you will be the trusted face of TPT Wealth across Tasmania's financial services community.
You will activate your network, build meaningful partnerships, and drive the growth of our Funds Under Management by connecting advisers, institutions, and investors with our trusted income funds and tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic growth plan for fund distribution across key Tasmanian markets
* Strengthen and energize existing referral relationships with adviser groups, law firms, accountants, and institutions
* Build new alliances to expand our retail investor reach
* Represent TPT Wealth at industry events and partner roadshows
* Collaborate with our investment, lending, and compliance teams for a seamless client journey
* Deliver outstanding service and insights to retain clients
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in funds management distribution, BDM, or investment advisory roles
* RG146 compliance with a deep understanding of income funds and managed investments
* Track record of exceeding growth targets and building lasting relationships
* Working knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, and compliance frameworks
* Confidence, credibility, and polish in stakeholder engagement
* Self-drive, initiative, and commercial acumen to thrive in this autonomous role
