Director Sales

What You'll Do:
* Generate leads and convert them to revenue
* Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys' services to prospective clients
* Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
* Design, develop, and execute a strategic territory plan
* Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
* Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts
* Establish credibility by understanding business needs
* Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
* Capture and report sales KPIs and other performance metrics
* Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it's time to scale
* Successfully manage client and/or project escalations
Desired Candidate Profile should have:
* 7+ years of B2B sales experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
* Comfortable working full sales lifecycle
* Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services
* Experience selling BPM and/or Low‐Code solutions
* Public sector knowledge
* Strong desire to lead their own sales organization
* Can prospect effectively to find opportunity using multiple channels (e.g., phone, social media, etc.)
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Self‐Starter, high energy and positive attitude
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills
* Be entrepreneurial and results driven
