Accommodation and Travel Coordinator Role Summary:
* Support the coordination of travel arrangements, including organizing keys, check-in/check-out instructions, airport pick-ups and drop-offs, company vehicle allocations, and ensuring all properties are presented professionally to guests.
* Manage inventory of accommodation and company vehicle keys by cross-referencing with booking records and following up as necessary.
* Carry out tasks at properties as directed by the Property Management Coordinator, including restocking consumables, remaking beds, and laundry duties.
* Collaborate with the Property Management Coordinator on property maintenance tasks, routine inspections, final bond inspections, and Property Condition Reports when needed.
* Assist the Travel Coordinator in arranging staff travel requests when required.
* Manage uniform processes efficiently.
* Work closely with the Base Operations department on administrative tasks, including Base Safety induction, issuing visitor cards, and setting up boardrooms as needed.
* Maintain office supplies, order stock, and reconcile invoicing accurately.
