About the Role
Ibis Styles Eaglehawk is currently seeking Housekeeping Attendants, Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendants, and Front Office Attendants to join our friendly and hardworking team.
Located in Sutton NSW (near Canberra), this is a great opportunity to build or continue your career in the hospitality and tourism industry while working in a supportive hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Attendant
* Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
* Maintain excellent presentation and attention to detail
* Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team
* Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
Housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
Food & Beverage Attendant
* Assist with preparation, service, and clean-up of food and beverages
* Provide friendly and professional service to hotel guests
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health procedures
* Maintain a clean and organised service environment
Requirements:
* RSA (NSW) required
* Basic food handling and hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Front Office Attendant
* Provide professional front desk service to hotel guests
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
* Deliver a high standard of customer service
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in bookings and guest information
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months hotel front office experience
* Opera Cloud experience is essential

* Flexible and available to work rostered shifts across 7 days
* Able to work well independently and within a team
Additional requirements:
* Driver’s licence and own transport (essential due to location)
* Valid Australian working rights
