Konekt has an exciting opportunity for an Allied Health Professional in our Insurance Portfolio as we deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Sydney or Newcastle, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Driving the delivery of high‐quality care services to a portfolio of NSW Insurance – Workers Comp and CTP through proactive internal and external engagement
* Developing and facilitating training, resource development, performance monitoring, and best practice process development
* Implementing a structured and effective approach to customer service agreements to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and addressing any areas for service improvements
* Promoting and developing a customer service focused culture within Konekt
* Business development including driving growth of the Insurance Portfolio through quality outcomes, strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities and innovating services to meet customer needs
* Managing customer relationship management including feedback and complaints management and customer performance reviews
* Building solid, trusted relationships with team members and customers
* Governance of Insurance Account portfolio to ensure quality outcomes and meeting of Service Level Agreements
* Collaborating with Leadership Team and Consultants on portfolio performance
* Mentoring and upskilling consultants through strategic reviews and audits
* Undertaking data analytics specific to customers – presenting trends, outcomes and financial achievements to the management team
Qualifications
* Passionate about customer needs and seeking to truly understand customers' needs
* Previous track record of success in service/training or customer facing roles
* Technically strong and knowledgeable with experience working with Insurance customers; experience in the RTW environment is an advantage
* Ability to critically review national performance and drive improvements across the business to achieve service excellence
* Experience managing the delivery of service agreements
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent personal engagement skills and integrity
* Ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a wider team
* Experience with data reporting
* Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
