About the role
Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, self-driven Territory Manager to join our team. This full-time role will see you working closely with our customers to drive growth through the delivery of exceptional sales partnerships across the Metro Adelaide and surrounding areas. You will be an integral part of our committed sales force, helping to expand our reach and strengthen our market position.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Building and sustaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
* Offering expert product insights and guidance to customers
* Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
* Producing detailed insights into sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
What we're looking for
* A successful proven track record in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry
* Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
* Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
* Knowledge of the local market/customer base and cross hardware experience is highly advantageous
