Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
* Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
* Ability to identify and prioritize complex problems and issues, generate solutions, and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation, and WHS requirements
* Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
* Demonstrated experience in optimising process, HRIS performance, and reporting
