Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As a Director of Fun & Functional Support, your duties will be critical, slightly unpredictable, and never boring. You will be tasked with:
- Chief Entertainment Officer: Providing top-tier conversation, car karaoke sessions, and expert-level game playing.
- Master of Domestic Arts: Demonstrating your advanced skills in sandwich crafting, light cleaning (dancing with a vacuum is encouraged), and defeating laundry monsters.
- Navigation Ninja: Safely piloting your clients to appointments, parks, and the all-important quest for the perfect slice of pizza. (Your car, your rules on the radio.)
- Jar-Opening Jedi: Using The Force (or just good grip strength) to conquer stubborn packaging and prove your worth.
- Professional High-Fiver: Celebrating small victories, because every win deserves recognition.
- Stamina of a Duracell Bunny: Energy that lasts from the first morning mission to the final evening debrief, still smiling.
- The Reliability of Sunrise: You show up, on time, every time, ready to go. Your consistency is your signature.
Qualifications & Required Superpowers:
- A proven ability to be a decent human being.
- The patience of a saint who’s also good at explaining technology to grandparents.
- A reliable vehicle (a.k.a. your trusty steed) and a valid driver’s licence and full insurance.
- The ability to provide a NDIS and WWCC check (we know you’re cool, we just have to be sure).
- A sense of humour that can find the fun in any situation.
- Minimum Cert 3 individual Support
- First Aid and CPR
We are wanting
- 2 Male and 2 Female Support Workers
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
