Macgregor Volkswagen is owned by Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands and has over 2000 employees across 75 dealerships in NSW/VIC/QLD and NZ.

Currently we are looking for an Assistant Manager/2IC to join the team at Macgregor Volkswagen.

In this role you will:

* Manage all dealership activities in the absence of the GSM.
* Assist with CLOSING deals and Sales Training
* Help deliver and monitor effective sales plans and KPI's to the teams.
* Work collaboratively with other departments including service, part finance and accessories.
* Ensure the team provide, friendly, helpful and accurate customer service and advice to customers at all times.
* Keep abreast of market changes and maintain product knowledge.
* Assist in following up new business and ongoing training of the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with Volkswagen or similar brand.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to close your own deals single-handed
* Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
* A proven track record in working to KPI's and achieving personal and dealership sales targets.
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to use the dealerships CRM programs.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* A Full QLD Drivers Licence, Salesman Licence
