We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury lodge in the Queensland outback.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for guests, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste.
* Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
* Experience creating daily changing menus.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must be trade qualified with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar standard of kitchen. Experience in daily changing menus is highly regarded.
