About the Role
If you’re looking to advance your experience in time and attendance within a dynamic operational environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity. You will be responsible for:
* Complete daily time and attendance tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain current and precise employee timekeeping records
* Set up new employees in Kronos and issue swipe cards
* Generate, review and distribute detailed time and attendance reports to supervisors and labour hire agencies
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and support workforce reporting
* Ensure compliance with site policies and procedures
About You
You’re a detail‑focused Time and Attendance Officer seeking an opportunity to grow and take on greater accountability. You’ll bring:
* Previous timekeeping or workforce administration experience (Kronos highly regarded)
* Strong computer skills and confidence navigating digital systems
* Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities
* Accuracy, attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
* The ability to remain calm, composed and effective under pressure
* A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position offering a valuable opportunity to build your experience in time and attendance within a fast‑paced operational environment.
