We're looking for an 
energetic, engaging and proactive HR Advisor
 to join our People Team.
This isn't your standard HR Generalist role, your time will be spent managing 
Employee Relations cases
. If you love rolling up your sleeves working directly with leaders and employees, and navigating the full case management cycle (probation, performance, grievances, investigations, Fair Work matters), you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
 * Manage complex cases end-to-end with fairness and confidence
 * Coach and support leaders through tough conversations
 * Interpret awards, agreements and legislation
 * Spot risks early, resolve issues quickly and keep things moving
The team around you
You'll report to the HR Lead and work in a close-knit People Team that includes IR specialist, HR Advisors, a HR Coordinator and colleagues in recruitment. We're a small supportive group that shares knowledge and partners closely with leaders across Avivo.
What we're looking for
 * Solid ER case management experience, end-to-end (with formal HR qualifications)
 * Energetic, engaging and proactive style
 * Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
 * Highly organized and resilient in a busy environment
You don't need industry specific knowledge, what matters is your case management expertise, your ability to connect with people and your drive to get outcomes.
