Deliver exceptional customer service in WA's energy future. As a Customer Services Advisor in Broome, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers, assisting operations, and helping deliver events across the West Kimberley.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You'll coordinate community activities, support compliance work, collaborate with depot crews, and take ownership of a mix of administrative and financial tasks. It's a hands-on, varied position perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility and real community connection. We're looking for someone who has a keen interest in renewable energy, knows the West Kimberley and is already familiar with its people and places.

What You'll Do:
* Deliver high quality frontline customer service through face to face, phone and email interactions, supporting enquiries related to billing, metering, outages and solar enquiries, connections and management.
* Manage service orders, fault notes and compliance activities, working closely with metering teams and depot crews to support safe and efficient operations.
* Support customer communications during planned and unplanned outages, partnering with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information is shared.
* Play an active role in community engagement and events, including set up, attendance and pack down, with flexibility to support after hours activities and regional travel.
* Coordinate administrative and financial activities such as setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
* You're customer focused, community minded and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving regional environment. You will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service, advisor or corporate support role, ideally within utilities, government or a regulated environment.
* The ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes and make sound decisions when situations change.
* Confidence working with systems, documentation and financial tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.
* Strong communication skills and the maturity to work with vulnerable customers, including those experiencing hardship.
* A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support after hours events, regional travel and hands on operational activities.
