Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants — homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.

Your First Year Includes
Comprehensive Induction: Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork.
1:1 Clinical Supervision: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills.
Structured Learning: Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.

What You'll Need
A recently completed Speech Pathologist degree and current (or pending) SPA registration.
Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
