We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Culinary Assistant to join our dynamic kitchen team on a casual basis for evening shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
* Assist cooks with assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking.
* Operate, maintain, clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position.
* Studying commercial cookery or a relevant course.
* A friendly, positive attitude.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Impeccable presentation and good communication skills.
* Reliability and ability to work with urgency.
* Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
